As a resident of Wild Oak and Board member of the Wild Oak Saddle Club, Jolene Cortright is a great resource for this community. Wild Oak is a non-age restricted, private community adjacent to Annadel Park in the hills over Oakmont. The communitie consists of about 200 homes, including 55 townhouses in The Villages at Wild Oak and has an annual summer picnic (always a fun time). The Villages townhouses have separate amenities including tennis courts and a community pool. Other amenities of our Wild Oak Community include hiking and biking trails, and great proximity to Annadel State Park, Oakmont Golf Courses, Wine Country Polo Field, Hood Mountain Regional Park, and the Wild Oak Saddle Club (with its own private tennis courts, swimming pool and events), available for membership. 

Dues subject to change, but currently $250 per quarter for single family dwellings and $425 per month homes in The Villages (with separate amenities of tennis courts and a pool).
